Self-Accommodation
- Self-accommodation option has been removed due to congress hotel concept.
- All participants should stay in the congress hotel during their participation.

About Accompanying Person
There is no registration fee for accompanying persons.
There is no accompanying person fee for guest paying a double or triple room in the congress hotel.
About Refunds
• Registration, transfer, and social event fees are 100% refundable, excluding money transfer fees. Accommodation fees are non-refundable after March 1, 2024. In cases of emergencies (such as accidents, death, etc.), only 70% of the fee is refundable.
Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 nights after the end of the congress.

About Transfer Services
Dalaman Airport Paid Shuttle
If you have booked hotel reservations by Aigtur you may get shuttle service by paying only 35 € for one way transfers per person.
Shuttle transfer is only for the participants who stays in Congress Hotel.
Between April 13-28,2024 Avaliable for arrival or departure transfers.
Dalaman Airport Private Transfer
You may get private transfer service by paying.
Per minivan (1 or 5 person): 75 € (One way)
Per minibus (6 or 12 person): 100 € (One way)
Shuttle transfer Time Table: Pick up from the hotel lobby.
